Capabilities
Planning
Some repairs require quick decisions and some we have more time to
plan. Planning is necessary in all repairs whether it's 5
minutes or 5 hours of planning. We carefully assess the problem
and prioritize by: (1st)-the importance of each task, (2nd)-assign
the degree of difficulty (3rd)-time involved.
Emergency Repairs
While everyone has a difference of opinion of what constitutes and
emergency, we define it as: any problem that threatens the
health and safety of the family or community an/or any problem that
will do immediate further damage to the property or nearby
properties. Some emergency repairs may not be able to be fixed
right away, we will however keep the problem from doing further
damage. An example is: If your roof is damaged do to a
storm, we may not be able to totally repair your roof until the
weather improves due to safety concerns for our employees. We
will do our best to ensure the integrity of your property to eliminate
any water damage perhaps by using a tarp. When the weather
improves we can at that time do a complete roof repair.
Code Violation Repairs
We have been called on numerous occasion where there are multiple
pages of code violations. Most of the time the property is in
contract and can't close until the repairs are made. Without the
repairs the sale will not go through. We usually have a defined
date that the inspector has given and will re-inspect the property to
ensure the repairs have been completed. Sometime the city, state
or local government will require certain repairs are done within a
fixed time period or they will fine the owner or condemn the
property. We will work to get the repairs done, however please
contact us as soon as you receive your repair request.
General Repairs
General repairs will be given serious attention even if they don't
have the same urgency as emergency and code violation repairs.
Given enough time we realize general repairs can easily become
emergency repairs. It is best to take care of general repairs
sooner than later. If you maintain your home you will be
investing in your largest asset. General repairs may not require
immediate action but you should schedule them at your earliest
convenience.
Completion
Our company does not require large deposits in order to start a
project. We work with most banks and finance companies. We
understand most financers will divide the draw schedule into 3rds and
only disburse the next payment after successful inspection. We
don't ask for final payment until a certificate of completion is
signed by the owner or overseer of the project. We do a
walkthrough and will cure any problems in a timely manner. We
guarantee our work to your satisfaction.
