Design
We are flexible when it comes to design. We have had clients
look in a magazine and say "I want that kitchen". We
offer our own kitchen designers if you aren't sure what you
want. If your style is Contemporary, Shaker, Southwestern,
Victorian, Country, Ultramodern, Classical, European, Asian, Native
American or minimalist. We can find a fit for your lifestyle,
whether your a single person, small family or entertain large
gatherings.
Purchase
We are flexible when it comes to purchase. Some clients prefer
to purchase some or all of their own cabinets, light fixtures, sinks,
faucets, flooring and appliances. Some clients will tell us
their style and leave it up to us to purchase for them. If what
you want isn't in your budget we will tell you up front and give you
alternative options. We have had clients who wanted high end
appliances and had us purchase less expensive flooring because they
knew they would replace the flooring in a year or two. Your
options are endless. We offer stock items and one of a kind
custom items to suit your desires.
Production
We use Virtual Boss for critical path management to ensure
your project stays on schedule and on budget. Our construction
team understands the difference between working in a vacant house and
a family home. Each day we ensure the work environment is clean
and any living areas are sealed from the work zone to minimize dust
and noise.
Completion
Our company does not require large deposits in order to start a
project. We work with most banks and finance companies. We
understand most financers will divide the draw schedule into 3rds and
only disburse the next payment after successful inspection. We
don't ask for final payment until a certificate of completion is
signed by the owner or overseer of the project. We do a
walkthrough and will cure any problems in a timely manner. We
guarantee our work to your satisfaction.
