We are flexible when it comes to design. We have had clients

lighting. You have the option of Vessel sinks, French Provincial
vanities, Waterfall faucets and multi-jetted showers. We work
with clients and educate them so they can make wise choices in
bathroom purchases. Due to the amount of plumbing involved
planning your purchase properly can save you a lot of money.
Change orders can be costly and to avoid this our buyer will explain
your options. We may explain the benefits of a separate tub
& shower or a walk in tub to an elderly couple. They may not
need it now but in a few years they will be happy for the purchase
they chose. We offer stock items and one of a kind custom items
to suit your desires.
Production
We use Virtual Boss for critical path management to ensure
your project stays on schedule and on budget. Our construction
team understands the difference between working in a vacant house and
a family home. Each day we ensure the work environment is clean
and any living areas are sealed from the work zone to minimize dust
and noise.
Completion
Our company does not require large deposits in order to start a
project. We work with most banks and finance companies. We
understand most financers will divide the draw schedule into 3rds and
only disburse the next payment after successful inspection. We
don't ask for final payment until a certificate of completion is
signed by the owner or overseer of the project. We do a
walkthrough and will cure any problems in a timely manner. We
guarantee our work to your satisfaction.
